Disney Liberty Belle Steamboat Musical Snow Globe Willie Characters

This is a Disney Liberty Belle Steamboat Willie Musical Snow Globe. It features Mickey as Steamboat Willie at the helm of the Liberty Belle that is packed with Disney characters. It has been tested and plays Zippity Doo Dah. There are some condition issues that I noted as follows. The railing on the front has an area of rust (see close up pic). Both stacks are missing some of the gold balls (see close up pics). Of these, I have three that could be reattached and will come with the globe. Aside from playing music, nothing else functions. The paddle wheel in the back will turn manually (not sure if this was supposed to turn mechanically or not).
